Request a refund

  • Request a refund from your user account or send us an email to let us know.

  • Indicate the reason for the return.

  • Choose if we send it to our agency or if you send it by your own means.

Prepare your package

  • Store the complete product, with its original box and accessories, in a sturdy box or in the box in which you received the order.

  • Seal the box, making sure that there are no openings through which any smaller accessories can slip out.

Send the package

  • If you have requested collection, our agency will collect it on the next working day.

  • If you send it by your own means, there will be no return costs.

Receive reimbursement

  • Once we receive the package and check that it is in perfect condition both packaging, labels and product, we will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used to place the order.

In the event that the option does not appear in your customer account, it may be because the return period has passed, so the option will be disabled.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods purchased. The amount of the expenses incurred by the return have a charge of 14.90 € VAT INCLUDED in the event that Total Sports must send a courier to pick up the goods.

The customer may return any product by its means at its own cost, provided it is authorized, in such a case, the responsibility and custody of the package is the customer. Total Sports will not be responsible for the loss in transit of any lost, damaged or manipulated order.

We can only collect goods from customers in mainland Spain, for any other location you will have to send the package by post and pay shipping costs.

We will not accept any returns without the identification documentation in the box and we will not accept any returns without it.

Product changes

If you wish to exchange a product you must buy the product you wish to exchange, and follow the steps in the previous section ‘Returns’ for the product you already have in your possession, the system will ask you to enter the new order.

The customer may return any product by its means at its own cost, provided it is authorized, in such a case, the responsibility and custody of the package is the customer. Total Sports will not be responsible for the loss in transit of any lost, damaged or manipulated order.

No return will be accepted without the identification documentation in the box and neither will be accepted returns that are sent to Total Sports without authorization, out of time or with a product that is not in perfect condition both product and packaging, in these cases we will automatically reject the receipt of the package and must collect by their means the merchandise.

In the event that a customer returns a product containing gifts and does not return them, they will be charged according to the current price of those products.

In the event that a customer returns the product of the second change, or returns more products than those included in the promotion, the return postage will be charged if Deportes Total sends the transport.

Guarantees

Repair and replacement shall be free of charge for the user. This free of charge shall include the necessary costs incurred to remedy the non-conformity of the products with the contract, in particular the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labour and materials.

It is the obligation of the customer to deliver the defective goods by his own means once the guarantee has been approved. Once received, Total Sports will proceed to replace the product by sending it to the customer carriage paid, without costing the customer any additional expense.

In the event that the manufacturer accepts the product warranty, the product will be replaced by the same model, size and colour, no exchange or refund will be allowed for a product that has been processed in a warranty, except in the case that there is no stock, which will allow the exchange for another product of the same family and brand, in the event that the product chosen is of greater amount the customer must pay the difference.

In the event that the manufacturer does NOT accept the guarantee, the customer must collect the goods at his own cost and expense. Article 2.2.2.2.56.2 of Decree 1074 of 2015, which incorporates Decree 1413 of 2018, which, in turn, regulates article 18 of the Consumer Statute (Law 1480/11) clearly states that the user has two months to withdraw the product by his means, after this period, if the customer has not withdrawn the product, it will be destroyed.
